  I had booked my car in to an alternative garage through a 3rd party website, and was told I would receive a call to confirm - the evening before my car was due to go in I had no call so needed to book somewhere ASAP. I emailed the team at MCM and had a reply within minutes saying my requested day and time was fine, and that I was welcome to wait whilst they carried out my MOT. When I arrived the guys at reception were polite and got my car in straight away - I've always been wary about taking my car for an MOT somewhere new, as have heard many stories of being ripped off and lied to about faults! However to my delight, there was nothing wrong with it and just a few advisories which was a relief. I will definitely be returning next year when it's due again &/if should I encounter any problems.

  My last visit (and all previous visits) to MCM was very satisfactory. Everything was completed in the expected time frame and communication during my visit was spot on. They have a very professional team and they have never disappointed me since finding them about 5 years ago with my little Lupo. There are two major factors that make me come back time and time again. 1) I feel like they are very honest in terms of any work that needs doing on my car. I never have the impression that they are trying to charge ridiculous prices, like some other garages I have been to, and 2) I really appreciate the way they speak to me every time I go in. Everyone is always more than happy to explain everything to me patiently. It may seem like a small thing to others, but it means a lot to me, having had negative experiences in the past. Those two factors make such a huge difference and unless that changes, I will always go back :) Thank you for providing such great service.
